Save X videos on iPhone and iPad

Use the X video menu first if downloading is available. For a permitted public MP4 source, open the video in Safari and use the available share or save controls. Depending on iOS and the response from the media server, the file may open in a player or save to Files rather than Photos.
Check the Files app’s Downloads folder. To move a compatible video to Photos, open it in Files and use Share → Save Video when available. If that option is missing, keep the original MP4 in Files. Never enter your X password into a download website.
